Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account, starting a trial, purchasing a license, or booking a consultation, you confirm you can form a binding contract and agree to these Terms.

2. Our products and services

We offer several distinct things, each with different terms below:

• CASCADE Scanner — a one-time-purchase Windows application. You buy a license key by email; the software itself never leaves your machine or sends data to us.
• Local Prospect Hunter — a web-based SaaS product. New customers can start a 48-hour trial via Stripe checkout; full accounts are provisioned by us directly.
• Content Multiplier, Ads Copilot — additional SaaS products offered under materially similar terms to Prospect Hunter unless stated otherwise at purchase.
• Consulting services — booked calls and custom engagements (local AI deployment, BYOK consulting, NVIDIA developer access, and similar), governed by these Terms plus any separate statement of work we agree to in writing.

3. Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in Brazilian reais (BRL) or US dollars (USD) depending on the option you choose at checkout. Payment is processed entirely by Stripe; we do not receive or store your card number. Prices shown do not include taxes unless stated otherwise; you are responsible for any taxes applicable to your purchase.

4. Refunds and cancellations

Our current intended policy: CASCADE Scanner license purchases are final once the license key has been delivered by email, given the product is delivered instantly and irrevocably. Prospect Hunter trial purchases are likewise final, given the trial itself is the full product experience for its 48-hour duration. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at info@fouriersystems.co and we'll review it.

5. CASCADE Scanner license

Purchasing CASCADE Scanner grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the software on your own hardware for the purpose of hardware assessment and the deployment services it's designed to support. You may not redistribute, resell, reverse-engineer, or sublicense the software.

6. Prospect Hunter trial terms

• A trial grants full access to Prospect Hunter for 48 hours from activation, except Gmail Connect, which is not available on trial accounts.
• The trial does not automatically renew or convert to a paid subscription, and you will not be charged again unless you separately purchase continued access.
• Access is tied to the browser session created at checkout; we do not currently offer a way to recover trial access from a different browser or device if that session is lost. If that's a problem for you, contact us before your trial starts.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Services to:

• Violate any applicable law, including anti-spam laws (e.g., CAN-SPAM, CASL) when using Prospect Hunter to contact prospects you've identified through the tool.
• Attempt to access another customer's account or data.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Services' normal operation.
• Resell or redistribute access to the Services without our written permission.

You are solely responsible for how you use any data (including prospect contact information) obtained through the Services, and for complying with applicable law when contacting people you find through them.

8. Intellectual property

Fourier Systems owns all rights, title, and interest in the Services, including their software, design, and content, except for data you input yourself (which remains yours). Nothing in these Terms transfers any of our intellectual property to you beyond the specific license grants described above.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee any particular business outcome from using CASCADE, Prospect Hunter, or any other Service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fourier Systems' total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Services at any time; amounts already paid are governed by Section 4.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the "Effective date" above when we do. Continued use of the Services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
