Privacy Policy

Fourier Systems Inc. ("Fourier Systems," "we," "us," "our") operates fouriersystems.co and its subdomains, including demo.prospecthunter.fouriersystems.co (together, the "Sites"), and provides CASCADE Scanner, Local Prospect Hunter, Content Multiplier, Ads Copilot, and related consulting services (together, the "Services"). This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and what you can do about it.
1. Who we are
Fourier Systems Inc. is based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. For any privacy question or request, contact us at info@fouriersystems.co.
2. Information we collect
You give us directly:
- Email address, when you check out, book a call, or start a Prospect Hunter trial.
- Payment details — but not to us. Stripe collects and processes your card or Pix information directly; we never receive or store your full card number.
- Business/profile information you enter inside Prospect Hunter (company details, search criteria, prospect lists you build).
We collect automatically:
- IP address, browser type, device information, and pages visited, via standard web server logs and the tools listed in Section 4.
We receive from third parties:
- Payment confirmation from Stripe: whether a payment succeeded, the amount, currency, and the email address you entered at checkout.
3. How we use your information
- To process payment and deliver what you purchased (a CASCADE license key, a Prospect Hunter trial or account, or a booked consulting call).
- To operate your account — for Prospect Hunter, this includes signing you in automatically after a trial purchase and enforcing the 48-hour trial window.
- To send transactional email: license keys, payment receipts, and account-related notices.
- To measure and improve our advertising, via Meta's tools (see Section 4).
- To respond to support requests and improve our Services.
- To comply with legal obligations (tax, accounting, fraud prevention).
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for purposes unrelated to the above without asking you first.
4. Who we share information with
We share information with the following service providers, each processing it on our behalf and only for the purpose described:

5. Cookies
We use a small number of cookies:
- lph_session — keeps you signed in to Local Prospect Hunter (including during a trial). Expires automatically after 30 days for regular accounts, or 48 hours for a trial.
- Meta Pixel cookies (fbp/fbc) — set by Meta's advertising tools to measure ad performance, as described in Section 4.
We do not currently use analytics cookies beyond the above.
6. International data transfers
We are based in Canada, and our service providers operate in Canada and the United States. If you are located in Brazil or elsewhere, your information will be transferred to and processed in these countries.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, or to object to certain uses of it.
- Brazil (LGPD): you have the rights listed in LGPD Article 18, including confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymization, deletion, and data portability.
- Canada (PIPEDA): you have the right to access and request correction of your personal information.

8. Data retention
We retain your information for as long as needed to provide the Services and for legitimate business purposes (accounting, tax, fraud prevention, and resolving disputes) after that. Prospect Hunter trial accounts and the underlying data are retained after the 48-hour access window ends, in case you purchase full access later; contact us if you'd like that data deleted sooner.
9. Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and encryption of sensitive data at rest where applicable. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Children's privacy
Our Services are not directed to, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from, anyone under 16 years of age.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We'll update the "Effective date" above when we do. Continued use of the Services after a change means you accept the updated policy.
